Review on previous vintage (2020)
"Crisp clear lemon and lime, Excellent energy om the nose. Fresh plum, sweels on the palate, this si excellent, full but not heavy, very well judged oak, and exceptionally long. Top stuff!”
91-94 points Jasper Morris, MW (Inside Burgundy):

Salmon carpaccio, black garlic, toasted almonds, lime

2nd Course
Meursault Premier Cru Charmes 2020,
Our Price $264
Beautiful nose of Amalfi lemon, candied lemon, vanilla and white flowers. Stunning combination of richness and vitality, the wine feeling light on the palate, in spite of the excellent concentration. Very long, mineral finish that displays wonderful silkiness. Drink or hold.
95 Points James Suckling, jamessuckling.com
Slightly more prominent wood influence can be found on the slightly bright
Beaune Premier Cru Clos de Mouches 2022, Our Price $523
Aromas of buttered orchard fruit, orange blossom, baking spices and toasted nuts introduce the 2022 Beaune 1er Cru Clos des Mouches Blanc (Domaine), with a medium to full-bodied, ample and satiny palate that's fleshy and layered while retaining nice tension and cut. The Drouhin's seven hectares of Chardonnay in this premier cru were harvested over 15 days.
92-94 Points William Kelley, The Wine Advocate, (January 2024)
Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru 2020, Our Price $484
Cool, restrained and mineral with a subtle aroma of violets, this is a youthful and highly structured Corton-Charlemagne that has the noble austerity of this Grand Cru at the very long crushed-stone finish. From a high-altitude parcel on the southeast-facing side of the hill of Corton.
96 Points James Suckling, jamessuckling.com

Scallops, creamed corn, jamon bits

3rd Course
Beaune Les Cras Premier Cru 2019, Our Price $181
Elegant and fresh with wonderful delicacy. I love the floral and red-cherry notes. So filigree that it’s hard to believe this has 14% alcohol! Already delicious, but with very good aging potential.
93 Points James Suckling, jamessuckling.com
Nuits-St-Georges Damodes Premier Cru 2020,
Our Price $210
Nuits-St-Georges Damodes Premier Cru 2022,
Our Price $210
The Nuits-Saint-Georges Damodes displays a beautiful deep dark ruby colour and aromas of red fruit and spices. It is generous ont the palate, evolving towards smooth tannins. Very good ageing potential.
Véronique Boss-Drouhin

Mushroom and melted leek tart, fraiche

4th Course
Beaune Premier Cru Clos de Mouches Rouge 2020,
Our Price $279
This is exactly what Burgundy and pinot-noir freaks around Planet Wine are looking for. Enveloping nose of red and black raspberries that's really hard to resist. So concentrated, suave and sophisticated on the rich but very precisely balanced palate. Extremely long and silky finish. From biodynamically grown grapes.
97 Points James Suckling, jamessuckling.com, (July 2022)
Beaune Premier Cru Clos de Mouches Rouge 2021, Our Price $423
Beautiful nose of wild raspberries, cherries, sandalwood, cloves, orange fruit and cardamom. So harmonious on the palate, with very fine, seamless tannins and fresh acidity, all integrated. Medium-bodied, long and full of energy.
96 Points James Suckling, jamessuckling.com, (June 2023)
Gevrey Chambertin Premier Cru Clos Prieur 2018, Our Price $281
The secret ingredient in this impressive village Gevrey-Chambertin is the inclusion of 25% Premier Cru grapes, which add a little more texture and concentration to the blend. With adroitly handled 20% whole bunches and new wood, it's spicy, sweet and textured with sappy acidity and notes of summer pudding and aromatic kitchen spices.
93 Points, Tim Atkin, Decanter, October 2019
Corton Grand Cru 2020, Our Price $368

Confit duck, melted beetroot, leafy greens

Coffee, macarons
