The acid is crisp and seamless, not overdone, while the tannins are firm, ripe and finely grained. It finishes long, spicy and exquisitely balanced. To preserve the purity / delineation of aromas and flavors, I'd recommend not drinking this wine too warm, ideally enjoying it at a temperature just above cellar temps
