“When I think of finesse in Champagne, Vilmart is one of the first names that come to my mind.”
Antonio Galloni

“The Wines of Pierre Péters & Vilmart are some of Champagne’s finest, although not its best known.”
Huon Hooke, The Real Review

94 Points Alison Napjus, Wine Spectator (November 2024)
There's a vibrant buoyancy to this graceful Champagne, with the finely detailed mousse and mouthwatering acidity serving as a springboard for flavors of ripe cherry, tangerine zest and macadamia nut, plus fragrant notes of lime blossoms, ground ginger and cardamom. Long and minerally on the plush finish. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Disgorged July 2023. Drink now through 2034.

93 Points Tom Hewson, Decanter (April 2023)
Beautifully refined and delicate with clementine and pale strawberry enlivened by a touch of flintiness and creaminess and delivered with a delicate mousse. The Chardonnay lifts and elongates with fine zesty energy. Detailed, poised and classy, this is superb value. 10 months predominantly in large oak foudres.

91+ Points Yohan Castaing, The Real Review (October 2024)
Vinified and matured in foudres, the NV Brut Cuvee Grand Cellier unfurls with aromas of spices, white flowers, lemon oil and pear, followed by a medium to full-bodied, tense and seamless palate built around a fleshy, vinous core of fruit enhanced by an ethereal and saline finish. Based on the 2021 vintage complemented with the 2020 and 2019 vintages, this blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir was disgorged with a dosage of seven grams per liter.
