A bit of a yin and yang wine because it’s racy and tight, thanks to its fine acidity, yet flavoursome and rich, thanks to what winemaker Dylan Arvidson calls sexy oak, plus the fluffy, creamy lees. Expect white nectarines, pink grapefruit and pith with moreish/mouth-watering flinty sulphides. The palate is quite tightly wound yet flavours build; there’s texture and the finish is long, lively and refreshing.
