2012 Umani Ronchi Maximo 375ml
Description
The Marche Bianco Maximo of Umani Ronchi was born in the vineyards of the Villa Bianchi estate, located in the municipality of Maiolati Spontini.
It is produced exclusively with Sauvignon Blanc grapes, harvested by hand during the month of September. The must ferments on its lees at a controlled temperature of 15 ° C for about 1 month. Subsequently the wine ages in stainless steel tanks for about 12 months, before being bottled.
It is characterized by a gold color, with amber reflections. The nose opens with strong aromas of apricots, peaches and ripe figs, enriched with pleasant hints of honey, candied fruit and citrus fruits. On the palate it is rich and elegant, pleasantly sweet and soft, with persistent notes of candied fruit and honey.
Perfect as a meditation wine, it is ideal in combination with dry sweets. (Vivino)
