While all could agree that John Jens’ thought processes are unpredictable, what he does do is taste as many wines as possible. He then puts either those wines or the trends that he sees into context for wine lovers, who may not have his access to western Australia’s finest and finest value new releases – now many of the world’s greatest wines, which he tries on a never ending basis.
